By using My AI Friend ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

My AI Friend is an AI companion application that provides conversational experiences with virtual characters. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only.

2. Account & Device

You do not need to create an account to use the App.
Your device is identified by an anonymous device identifier.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier: Limited daily messages, basic AI model, advertisements.
Premium: Unlimited messages, advanced AI models, cloud sync, no ads.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for illegal purposes
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
Share or distribute AI-generated content as professional advice (medical, legal, financial)
Use automated systems to access the service
Attempt to reverse engineer the App

5. AI Disclaimer

Important: AI-generated responses are for entertainment and general information only. They should not be relied upon as professional advice. The AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. Ttech is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.

6. Advertising

Free users will see advertisements. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of ads and the collection of data necessary to serve them, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, characters, and branding are owned by Ttech.
AI-generated content is provided for your personal use.
You retain ownership of the messages you send.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Ttech is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your data from Settings.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ttech operates.
